The home is stunning large house with 2 bath 3 toilet and central aircon , fireplace etc .
Location is 8 min walk from lewisham station and off street parking easily available.
There is only myself and my 10 year old dog living in the house atm. Rent out spare bedroom.
This is a large house with 3 toilets and a open plan living and garden. So it’s not crowded at all.
There will be plenty of privacy and space for everyone.
At the moment looking for someone who stays for 2-5months only since I have family visit toward Xmas . Am open to long term if we get along really well. But not start with .
When it comes to flatmate , I am looking for a single person only and see how our dynamic goes. Open to long term flatmate if we get along well. And I prefer someone independent and social a little bit when we see each other. I am pretty easy going.
It’s a quiet , clean and morden house on the luxury side in general with nice furniture and appliances.

My partner stays with me sometimes but there are plenty of room in the house. You won’t feel crowed at all. I am looking for someone with similar quality. I like cooking and yoga and occasionally i have friends over but i don't normally host parties so you will be expecting a relatively quiet house.
Ok to use kitchen to cook. Happy to share some house work together including cutting the glass occarisonally .
Am not expecting you to host parties or bring people home without letting me know as security is important for me .
