We would prefer one family or one group of friends to take the whole place but we might consider renting two rooms if its just four people happy to move into two rooms for those dates
The place is a freshly renovated single story house which is located less than 5 minutes walk from stanmore train station. From this station you are 10 minutes from Sydney CBD.
Moments from Newtown, marrickville and all the best inner west cafés and restaurants!
Three fully furnished rooms, kitchen with absolutely the best equipment for preparing meals and a wonderful living room with huge smart tv. Two rooms also have smart tv.

Kids room two single beds
One bathroom which is clean and has a great shower with great water pressure.
Lovely backyard with vege patch includes tomatoes cucumbers lettuce and zucchinis
Feel free to spend time gardening while you stay!

Hello!
We are looking for people for two beautiful rooms in a house 🏠 on Stanmore Road Petersham between Newtown and Marrickville.
Remodeled house, safe, cool location and very good and fair treatment.
$500 per room. It already has furniture, tasteful interior design, even vases, towels and bedding.
The house has 3 bedrooms. 2 will be available.
1st room has a king size bed (double); large closet and new television with all the apps… the window has a view of the flowers of the mansion on the side. AVAILABLE December 5 - January 17
2nd room has a single bed, a desk and plenty of place to put personal things. In fact, this room is for children so travelers with their children are also welcome!

The kitchen with absolutely everything you need to cook anything! Everything from a fine brand and everything of the highest quality.
The large and comfortable living room, another large screen (smart TV with all the apps).
The giant patio, 300 m² ranch type, with laying hens and even vegetables to harvest. A dream. This doesn't exist in sydney, but- it's true. We are 5km from the center and habemus farm hahahahaha.
You don't have to buy tomatoes, cucumbers, lecuchas, bell peppers, basil, parsley, cilantro, uffff much more!!!
GRILL FOR ROAST AND EVEN WHITE QUEBRACHO CHARCOAL IS HERE.
There is also a kitchen outside with a gas hob and an 8-seater oak table! A barbecue in a house in Sydney? Here it is!
What are we looking for?
We have a single bed room AVAILABLE December 5 - January 17.
This room can have another single bed if there are two people. We have to talk about it, but there is no drama.
We rented our room (the king size bed) December 5-January 17 while we traveled.
The third room is rented to a friend from Colombia, Carlos, and he is a sweetheart.
We travel a lot and we are always looking for responsible people to rent while. We have already done this a few times and we don't love sharing this beautiful house when we are traveling.

That station is 10 minutes from the center.
It is 30 minutes from the beach.
It is 10 minutes from the international airport.
