Description of the home

My housemate is sadly heading overseas so I'm looking to fill her room!

It's a beautiful apartment in a great spot with the 389 bus stop (to Town Hall and Bondi Junction) right out front. It's less than a 10 minute walk to Oxford St and the 333 to Bondi. There's a couple of really nice grocery stores 5 mins away and Edgecliff Station is also 10 mins walk. There’s plenty of lovely pubs and restaurants nearby but the street is nice and quiet. There’s a main security door as well as the private front door.

It's a pretty quirky home (hence the rare-to-find low price), in that the available room only has a window to the kitchen. It can come with a chiffon curtain meaning you get the full brightness but total privacy, as well as a blind, it does also open/close.
The other quirk is that my room (the loft) has no proper hatch door, though my housemate and I are both v chilled and this has never been an issue for us in the last 1.5+ years!

The room is unfurnished and a great size (3m x 4m). These are the original estate agency photos so the furniture pictured in the rest of the house isn't mine, but is just as/more cute. It's the kinda home all your friends gush over when they visit <3

The only other downside to the place is that there is no built in laundry. There's a small camping-style washing machine for little things and emergencies but there's a laundrette a 10 min walk away or a 5 min bus ride, plus the option of pick up/drop off laundry services.

Otherwiseee, it's just the best; really lovely and full of character, with a big balcony off the living room!

It would be great if you're looking for somewhere long term; I'm hoping to find someone chill and kind, who loves living in a clean, harmonious place! I love a party but not one for bringing it home, so hopefully you're the same!
