This is the largest master bedroom in the house and can fit a couple but also available for a single person. It comes with the following features and brand new furniture and devices:
1) Ensuite with bluetooth backlit speaker mirror;
2) Walk-in robe;
3) bed with a mattress;

7) Adjustable desk chair;

1- ‘Alexa, it’s movie time’ OR ‘Alexa, let’s watch movie”, it mimics a theatre atmosphere as following:
* Blinds close;
* Ceiling lights off;
* TV on;
* Philips Hue Sync Box on;
* Fire TV Stick on;
* TV backlight strip on to sync while watching movies; and
* TV navigates to Netflix main screen.
2- ‘Alexa, Goodbye’, it turns off/closes the followings:
* Blinds;
* Ceiling lights;
* TV;
* TV backlight strip
* Philips Hue Sync Box;
* Fire TV Stick; and
* Ceiling fan.
3- “Alexa, open/close the blinds”

The house is managed by a real estate agent so a standard NSW tenancy agreement is given to the tenant. The landlord does not live in the house.
The house is designed for shared accommodation while maintaining the privacy of each tenant because each tenant lives in a master bedroom coming with an ensuite (no bathroom to share) and 50 inch TV.
