My home is a comfortable modern 3 bedroom villa located in the beautiful leafy area of Oatley. The villa opens up to a private back yard with an entertaining area with BBQ, day bed, large outdoor table, and grass. You wouldn't ever want to leave the home. The lounge room is large and open planned with big screen TV, smart lighting and wifi. There are polished floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air-conditioning, heating, washing machine & dryer.

It is located between 2 stations Mortdale or Oatley which is a 15 minute walk to both. Its a short stroll to a large park and Main Street of Oatley where you will find cafes, shops, pub and wine bar. It is easy off street parking and located in a cul de sac. The street itself is very quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
