The room is medium to large size with built in wardrobe. The room can easily fit in a queen bed and other furniture just to give you an idea of the size of the room. There is a queen bed available to use if needed but can be removed if you are bringing your own.

The house has a homely feel with a large full equipment kitchen, large lounge room - dining area, laundry, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and small backyard. The house has nbn, central heating/cooling and gas (bills are not included in the rent). There is plenty of free on-street parking out the front of the house.
The house is located close to High Street shops, a Woolworths is in walking distant, local restaurants, we are 5 minute drive from Chatswood or short bus ride, 15 minutes from city. We are a block away from bus stop which runs to the city or via North Sydney to the city or to Chatswood/train station.

My name is Rebecca, I work full time for a Medical Devices company. My other flatmates all work full-time in varied industries - healthcare, finance, veterinarian, and sales. We are all easy going and social and enjoy entertaining our friends, we're aged early late 20's to early 40's
I love being active, trail walking and spending time outdoors. I train most days at F45 and love to eat healthy which means I cook a lot of my own food rather then get take out every night. We are a good mix of people that seems to gel well. We are all quite tidy and like to keep the house looking respectable. In my downtime I like to catch up on some of my series on Netflix or movies. I also don't mind the occasional glass of wine and catch up during the week. I do train a lot so tend to not drink so much during the week and have a few to unwind on Friday night after work. Some of my flatmates enjoy playing board games and online games.
We are all very respectful of each other and you may think that 5 people is a lot but in this house it doesn't seem to be and it is never a problem to find your own space in the house if needed. We have a mix of working from home and working in the office.
