3 bedroom old style apartment in Willoughby North.
The room is small with a single bed but has a desk which overlooks the backyard and is nice and sunny.
There is a great cafe and restaurant across the road. Also a chemist and minimart.
It is 2 minutes to buses to and from the city.
Internet and all bills are included in the rent.
We are quiet people so no parties and we don't want your friends coming and going at all hours which is why it suits a student.
Asian students are most welcome as we already have a Chinese Mandarin speaking female here and an Australian male.
