Pay for the room only, however have communal areas virtually to yourself.
We’re done and out of the way (very) early.
No big elaborate dinners and sit down family hangouts.
I hate cooking so I do what needs to be done then I’m out 🤣

🌱 Large room (approx 3.5 x 4m) with built ins.

🌺 Bright, airy with a beautiful outlook.
Option to have own bed/furniture. Would easily fit queen/king bed with room for desk etc too.
Alternatively, use the brand new double bed and mattress conveniently already here.

🪴House has one big lounge and dining area and also another large living space.

🫧1 recently renovated modern bathroom, another toilet in laundry.

☀️Beautiful pool with large entertaining area.

🌅 We get incredible sunrises and beautiful colours as the sun goes down too.

🧑‍🧒‍🧒 🐶 Share with myself, two kids (14 and 11) and our French Bulldog. She is well and truely part of the family so must love dogs!

😊 We are very easy going and live a healthy, busy life.
When home, we do our own thing and mostly keep to ourselves!

📍We are out all day at work and school.

🏄🏽‍♂️🏄‍♀️ Kids are with their Dad 4 nights out of a fortnight.

🚗 Undercover car space available, also plenty of room for storage under house.

🌈 Great views, ocean out the front, scattered lake out the back.

🙋‍♀️ Suit single working FEMALE.

💸 $450 per week inclusive of bills.
✔️2 weeks up front and a refundable bond required also 🤝
