The flat is ground floor spacious open plan living area, with two bedrooms each with their own bathroom (including bathtub). The room has air con/heating units and the flat is fully kitted out with washing machine, drier and dishwasher.

The location is the real selling point, only a 5 minute walk from front door to the sand of Bondi beach! We are also right by a bus stop which takes you to bondi junction or all the way into the CBD. And there are local restaurants (rocker is a personal fave), shops and gyms all within a 5 minute walk!

I am renting out my bedroom whilst I’m away from 31st May - 18th June (flexible and can be extended to 23rd June with notice). This would be ideal for someone visiting Sydney and wanting to stay on the beach, or a great base for someone moving to Bondi and needing a couple of weeks to find their own place!

We are two 30ish year old Brits living and loving life in North Bondi. We both enjoy a fairly active lifestyle and full social lives. We are both professionals working hybrid between the office and from home. I am looking to rent out my room from 31st May - 18th June whilst I am away for a couple of weeks.
