Brightly lit, queen-sized room for rent in North Bondi. The property is a 3-bedroom ground floor unit with a huge private garden that comes with a BBQ and garden furniture.
We're an 8 min walk from Bondi Beach so you'll be close to the action if you want to get involved but hidden away enough so you can avoid it too. Round the corner from Shuk & 27 Blair for coffee/brunch, and Bondi Bowls / Beach Road for a wine/beer.
The house is right beside a bus stop with a guaranteed seat which is crucial for your morning commute!
The house is fully furnished & includes access to all of the streaming services Prime, Stan, Netflix, and Binge, plus has a dishwasher, washer & dryer. It also comes with a parking space - we don't have a car so it's all yours if you need it.

Bills and expenses
Bills vary from est. $180-250 every 3 months covering internet, gas & electricity. We normally opt for a cleaner to come every 2 weeks which is $50 each.

We're Shane (33, Irish) and Richard (32, English), who both work full-time(typically a couple of days WFH, in the office) . We've turned our Bondi pad into a cozy haven and are now on the hunt for a fun, friendly, and like-minded roommate to join our household.
What We're About:
Staying Active: beach-time, jogging, gym sessions – you name it, we're in!
Chill Nights In: Binging the latest shows, and the occasional movie marathon or hibernating and reaidng a good book.
Weekend Shenanigans: We love a good laugh and a few (too many) beers (normally in the in Beachy or Bondi Bowlo which are dangerous 3 mins walk from the house)

We’ve been here for a few years and have really made it our home. We’re great friends who enjoy a good balance of fun and relaxation/doing our own thing. We're looking for someone who will fit right into our friendly and laid-back atmosphere.
