We have a great room available from May 6th, as one of our housemates moved back to Europe. It's a lovely and quiet room with hardwood floors and built-in wardrobes that easily fits a double or queen sized bed. The large bathroom will be shared with one other person. The price listed excludes bills.

Having lived in Bondi for 4 years, this is the best property we have seen on the market. It’s less than a 5 min walk to the beach, cafes, Bondi markets and bars. The entire building has been completely gutted and renovated from the floorboards to appliances and amenities. This apartment features a huge modern open plan layout with a new kitchen that leads out to a large balcony, the absolute highlight of the flat; always sunny, and great for outdoor dinners & BBQ's, with a well maintained garden (free quality tomatoes, basil and rosemary! ;) )

The whole flat is sun drenched at all times during the day. One room has an en-suite so the communal bathroom will only be shared between two. It includes a bath, shower and a lot of storage space.

The room comes with a wooden floors and has built in wardrobe and storage space.

About the occupants
We’re one girl (Merel) and one guy (Piet), aged 31 and 33, that are known by our friends as people that are always stoked. We’re social, considerate, fun, and love to travel. Merel is a dentist and offers free flatmate dental health tips. Piet works financial services and is a keen surfer and outdoor enthusiast. If you were to judge us by the items you’d find in our house you'd see surf boards, books, bottles of wine, tennis rackets, BBQ, laptops and a guitar. They’d also be neatly stored and tidy except when they’re being used. In all seriousness, we’re two pretty chilled people that love to meet new people and have a good yarn.
