House is occupied by two 30yr old males. Andrew works full-time in consumer and competition law. James works in the resource recovery sector.
Both are very active and are lucky to have a great group of friends in Sydney. Usually very busy on the weekends but quite relaxed during the week. Most of our mates live in Surry/Eastern suburbs so house is usually a sanctuary during the week.
Will save you the regular dribble of enjoying a chat but respecting space, etc, etc. We’re good blokes, so come over and check the place out and I’m sure we’ll be able to figure it out like normal people.
