WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW HUMAN TO FILL A ROOM IN THE BEAUTIFUL HAUS OF HOLMWOOD!!!

On offer is a big gorgeous room, large enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe etc. The room also has access to the attic for all your storage needs. There is a window with plenty of light during the day and a beaut old fireplace/mantle for all your nick nacks.

The house is huge with separate lounge/dining, extra breakfast nook, super sunny courtyard and an outside laundry (with both a washer and dryer and second toilet). Our TV is massive and we have Netflix, Stan and prime all ready to go for you. We have a stunning bathroom that gives very Swedish sauna vibes with the wooden wall and blue stone shower. The kitchen is small but we’ve got all the things to making cooking a breeze including waffle maker, cold-press juice, yoghurt maker, food processor and a coffee machine!

We are just off south King st, about a 6 minute walk to St Peters station and about 10 to Newtown station/the hub. Marrickville Metro is a 10 minute walk away and we are surrounded by plenty of cafes/restaurants/mini-marts/vintage stores.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a new home not just a room. Someone respectful (no swerfs or terfs) and friendly, so we can keep the family vibe of the house going. You will be sharing your future dream house with myself, funemployed due to covid, into yoga, reading, sunbaking and 420 ☺️, and Mark Ryan who works (from home) in advertising and is a very social butterfly. We are both 30 and looking for someone with a similar age (27+ please) We are 2 chill queer pals who do regular dinners together and are huge fans of masterchef and drag race.
