Description of the home

Our lovely home in Narwee is less than 10mins walk from the train station, nestled in a leafy area, with a big backyard and lots of space.

The house is furnished, with 2 couches in the living room and a timber dining table made from New Zealand Kauri timber.

A new girl, is moving in to one of the rooms now.

The kitchen has plenty of space, a large fridge and oven and lots of cupboards.

We have air conditioners for the bedrooms but the living space gets a nice breeze from the backyard, so we just use the fans indoors. Each room also has a fan.

There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate large bath tub and a shower. There is also another toilet downstairs.

The downstairs area was previously a small granny flat, I think, as it has it's own lockable door, but we just use it as a study. Downstairs there is also a laundry with a washing machine that cranks.

We have a clothes line in the backyard.

We are just around the corner from Roselands shopping centre which has everything including Kmart, Myer, Woolworths, Aldi - etc.

The Riverwood shops up the road have lots of great takeaway restaurants and more shops.
