I am a Civil engineer working fulltime and owner of the property.
I have a 7 year old son who stays with me from Friday afternoons to Monday Morning and Holidays.
I'm easygoing, organized and enjoy my own space whilst socialising with others. I enjoy watching movies, and Youtubes , reading books (mostly audiobooks), catching up with friends, travelling, cooking BBQ, and Playing Video games. I am a fan of latest technology and a tech guru.
I would like a house mate who is a non-smoker, POSITIVE, independent, organized and easy going.
I always respect people 's privacy and I expect my privacy to be respected as well.
As I am going to share a part of my house and facilities:
- My house (BOTH indoor and OUTDOOR) is smoking free.
- The house is always clean and everything is organized. The shared areas need to stay that way.
- I would need to know a bit about yourself (Age, employment, hobby, Min intended lease term, etc). Any message with no introduction will be ignored.
- After inspection, if all is good and you would like to proceed:
a) I would need a referral from your current landlord (for those already living in Australia) or document showing you have just arrived and have valid Visa.
b) I also would need 2 most recent payslips, or for those recently arrived in Australia, a proof (like bank statement) showing that you can afford the place for at least 3 months.
c) Use of Aircon is not included in the rent.
d) Please note that like other lease applications here, I would need a Bond to be lodged to Australian Bond Board. It will be 4 weeks rent.

Note: The advertised weekly rate is for a single person. For a couple, the rate will increase to $380 per week.
