Peaceful 2-Bedroom Art Deco Apartment in Mosman

I’m looking for a respectful, easygoing flatmate to share my quiet 2-bedroom art deco apartment in the heart of Mosman. It’s a beautiful, peaceful space with loads of character, great natural light, and a warm, homey vibe - perfect for someone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a relaxed lifestyle.

📍 Location Highlights:
* 5-minute walk to Sirius Cove with direct water access and entry to Sydney Harbour National Park and Mosman's iconic coastal trails
* 8-minute walk to South Mosman Ferry
* 10-minute walk to Mosman Bay Ferry
* 15-minute walk to Mosman Village (boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, fruit & veg stores, florist, gyms, etc.)
* 15-minute walk to Woolworths Metro and Harris Farm not much further
* 20-minute walk to Balmoral Beach

🏡 About the Apartment:
* Fully furnished (your bedroom is unfurnished — bed negotiable)
* Light-filled living and dining space with high ceilings and charming art deco features
* Fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances: rice cooker, blender, microwave, excellent knives, pots and pans, and everything you need for proper cooking
* Shared bathroom with bathtub
* Internal laundry and plenty of storage
* Dyson cordless vacuum and full suite of cleaning supplies — I keep things clean and tidy and am looking for someone with similar values
* Set well back from the street — zero car noise, very tranquil
* Small, quiet block of only 6 units with lovely neighbours

Note: The photos in the listing are from the previous property sale and feature staged furniture. The current furnishings are different but beautifully curated and thoughtfully styled.

About Me & What I’m Looking For:
* I’m pescetarian and ideally looking for someone open to a meat-free kitchen (I’m flexible and happy to chat about what works for both of us)
* Clean, respectful, and easy to live with — hoping for the same from a future flatmate.
* My partner stays over 1–2 nights a week, and I stay at her place 1–2 nights as well — so you’ll often have the space to yourself
* Looking for someone to move in from July 1st, but flexible for the right person.

This apartment is a calm and quiet haven in one of Sydney’s most beautiful suburbs, with unbeatable access to nature, the harbour, and the city. If you're someone who enjoys peaceful living and values a clean, welcoming home, I’d love to hear from

👤 About Me
Hi! I’m Benji, a 25-year-old Sydney local who’s recently returned after living in New Zealand, Germany, and Japan. I work full-time in consulting in the city, so I’m out during the day and tend to keep a steady weekday routine.

I’m a social person but really value my personal space and quiet time. I enjoy a calm, low-key lifestyle and am looking for a flatmate who appreciates the same. During the week, I’m usually up early to exercise before work, and I wind down in the evenings with a home-cooked meal, a board game, or a movie.

On weekends, I love cycling, playing soccer (in winter), exploring Sydney’s markets and green spaces, heading to the beach, trying new brunch spots, or doing something creative like arts and crafts.

I occasionally host board game or puzzle nights with a few friends (usually 2–4 people) — super chill and low-key. I'd love for you to join in if you're interested, but no pressure at all.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, and value mutual respect, open-mindedness, and keeping a peaceful, clean, and welcoming home.
Compatible people
I appreciate someone who’s considerate of shared spaces and likes to keep a clean home. I also appreciate a peaceful home environment and seeking a housemate who’s looking for that too.

Aside from that, I’m not really fussed who you are 😊
