Your bedroom comes with a queen bed and mattress, air conditioner/heater, wardrobe and ceiling fan. The drawers pictured are not included so you can easily fit a normal size desk. Large window looks out to palm trees, our pretty neighbourhood and gets lovely afternoon sun.
The cleaner comes once a fortnight to vacuum/mop both bedrooms, clean all window sills and skirting boards, as well as both bathrooms, kitchen and living room, top to bottom. Your private bathroom has 2 heated towel racks, under sink storage and a rainfall shower
We have a main fridge and mini fridge, plus large pantry, and all necessities (toaster, blender, kettle, coffee machine, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, induction stove, etc) with ocean views from the kitchen and living room. The whole flat receives plenty natural light due to 10 ft ceilings and large windows (our plants love it)
Shared TV has Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime

1min walk to stunning Balmoral Beach, bus stops, and park with running track and basketball court that leads to a beautiful 5km coastal walk to Taronga Zoo. Lovely bakeries, florists, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance.
Plenty of on street parking. Aldi, Woolies, Coles, Chemist Warehouse a 5min drive. Local markets, art gallery, hair/nail salons. Neutral Bay has even more amenities and things to do: pubs, shops, mechanic, movie theatre, bowling club.

About occupants
You will be living with Steph (33) and Jarryd (36) a down to earth couple who enjoy a good laugh with wine and spend their free time training, studying, or watching Netflix. We both work Monday to Thursday in the city and Fridays from home. Jarryd is a personal trainer and Steph is a life coach who also works in advertising.
We love a weekend away any time we get the chance and make the most of our weekends by enjoying the beach in our backyard, eating out, and special events. We're early risers and like to come home to a tidy, relaxing space and new favourite roommate (you!)
