Mona Vale

Description of the home

We've got two rooms, one with a huge balcony overlooking the Pittwater available. Walking distance to Mona Vale Beach and Bungan Beach, and bus stop one minute away.

We are looking for two nice people for our spare rooms. You'd share your bathroom with one other person.
We have a third toilet in the laundry downstairs, plenty of different outdoor settings so no one ever has to be in anyone's way or privacy.

There is also the option for a couple or single (rent would be different) to move into either room....probably the one with the balcony ;) and share the rest of the house (excluding our bedroom and ensuite ;) ) evenly with just us two. Which means there would be a spare room as guestroom / wfh space/ tv / craft room...or whatever we all would like it to be, which would mean that you'd have your own bathroom. This would suit someone who prefers to share a house and garden with another couple, rather than renting a 2 bedroom unit or grannyflat.

We love our place and every single piece in it and hope to find someone that treats it the same way we do ♡ Our ideal housemate(s) is looking for a home and not just a room and wants to add to the vibe :)

Bills and expenses

Internet (NBN) is included in the rent, but monthly bills for water, electricity and gas will be devided between all of us (as we'd like to encourage everyone in the house to save precious resources;) ).
