Hey guys!
We’re looking for a clean, friendly and outgoing person to fill one of our rooms in McMahon’s point on union street! It’s a great terrace house with four bedrooms and a big patio out the front.
You’ll be living with me, Kat, an icu nurse who works days and nights.
Dave who is a geologist and does a mix of days and nights too!
Lucy who is in finance working Monday to Friday!
We all love to hang out or have dinner together. We often go to the local pub just across the road for steak or burger night or a cosy movie night in!

Perfect location, 5 min walk to north Sydney train station. 5 min walk to blues point reserve. 10 min walk to the harbour bridge. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance! And a great little patio out front which is perfect for the summer days coming. (And Netflix of course)

Rent is $245 and we pay bills as they come 🙂
