Looking for a new ideal housemate to fill this downstairs bedroom in our Mascot pad.

NOTE: right now we have a preference for another female tenant to balance out the house — guys are still free to apply though.

The room is unfurnished** and measures approximately 10m², can fit a king single or possibly double bed and some furniture

** we have a double bed frame and desk available to use if you want these furnishings

There is a shared bathroom (kept clean) with both a shower/bath and two separate toilets

Our common living area is quite spacious so if you have extra things you want to bring we can probably fit them

Rent is $225 per week, paid fortnightly

Bond is $750

Utility bills are paid quarterly & split evenly, NBN internet also split paid monthly
