Description of the home

Looking for two new ideal housemates to fill some upstairs bedrooms in our Mascot pad.

NOTE: we would like at least one other female tenant in order to balance out the house — guys are still free to apply though.

ROOM 1: available from 31st July
ROOM 2: available from 4th August

Both rooms are the same size 4m x 3m and include built in wardrobes, can easily fit a queen bed + furniture
The sliding windows are double-glazed so you don’t have to worry about any noise from airport or cars. There is a shared bathroom (kept clean) with both a shower/bath and two separate toilets.

!! Room 2 has a single bed with mattress, desk & chest of drawers which our previous housemate has left, these can be kept if you like or removed (see photos). Room 1 is completely unfurnished

Our common living area (lounge room + kitchen) is quite spacious so if you have extra furniture or things you want to bring with we can probably fit them

Rent is $300 per week, paid fortnightly

Bond is 3 weeks rent or $900

Utility bills are paid quarterly & split evenly, NBN internet also split paid monthly
