Hi,

I am looking forward to my lovely new housemate. The house is located in the heart of Mascot which is next to train station and easy access to city and CBD and all places which you want to go with public transport. The building located next to train station and the bus stop is just in front of the building when you stepped out from the building. The neighbourhood is pretty lovely and friendly atmosphere which you will get to easy shopping around Woolies, Asian shops and all good restaurants nearby.

The room is in separate level from the main entrance and you will get direct access to the main entrance hence you will have full privacy with your own bathroom in another level and enjoying your own leisure time. The room will furnish with bedside table, bed, mattresses and small fridge.

The rent charge $450 per week excluding all bills ( bill split 40% ratio quarterly) and preferably females. I am working full time in corporation as a professional and i enjoy creating home as a cozy environment and respect each person’s privacy, friendly person, love to share my cooking meals and loving to make new friends.
