It's in a quiet green area and no flight path! The best bit is the location right next to beautiful parks and the Cooks River.

Bus stop is literally on the doorstep and goes direct to the city via Newtown and Broadway. Two train stations - Marrickville and Tempe - within a 10-12 minute walk and will get you to Central in 15 minutes. Plenty of on-street parking if you have a car. The airport is 15mins by Uber or bike.

Everything is nearby: Woollies supermarket, servo (that's a petrol station!) across the road, cafe downstairs (they serve a killer caesar salad!), excellent Asian cuisine and the famous Lazybones Lounge just up the road. The park grounds have basketball court and mural walls. Also nearby is 24 hour gym, dry cleaners and the best florist in the inner west.

What I love: the birds in the morning, the European feel, gas cooking & hot water, the parks and river walks, and a choice of great foodie places.
