Great Inner Westy location for shops and food spots super close by. 2 min walk to Marrickville train station.
The apartment is nicely renovated and modern with plenty space, balcony and garage space. The bedroom is a good size with plenty sunlight. The room has a double bed and mattress. There is plenty of street parking and some limited off street parking, also a garage you could park in as I dont tend to 😊
Rent is 350 pw and all bills 120 per month each.
