Hi, I just secured this property and am looking for a house mate. I’m very into my art and hoping to set a ceramics space out the back and more then happy to teach you how to throw. Looking for someone over 25 who isn’t into drugs and works regular hours.
You must be cool with my cats and good at not letting them out of the property/cat run.
I have all the house hold furniture/white goods but you will need to furnish your room.
it's the smaller bedroom on the floor plan. has a small built in and still has room for a desk but more then happy to set up the dining space as a home office/studio for your use.
The place is 10 min walk to Marrickville train station, 20 mins to the metro, walking distance to bouldering places and cool bars/pub/restaurants.
Move in date is the 11th December.
