We have a fun community of friends in Maroubra. My friend is moving downstairs to another unit (in the same building) so you would take his master bedroom and live with me. I am very clean, relaxed and fun and work as a first responder.
Ocean views throughout living room, balcony, and also ocean view from the bed.
The room is big and currently fits a king bed and desk and lots of extra space.
5 min walk to Maroubra beach and 1-2 minute walk to Mahon pool

As a shift worker, I'm often working weekends and nights and coming home at 08:00 am in the morning. In saying that, it's your house as well as mine, so please enjoy it and watch tv etc. The last thing I want is for either of us 'walking on egg shells' in our own home (this means you are comfortable and happy living with a first responder).
I don't really believe in 'cleaning rosters', and usually take care of myself when it comes to cooking etc. If you're a good cook, feel free to share from time to time - but not expected.
