Fronts Fairy Bower Beach & Rocks. 3-bedrooms; I'll take one of them but they are all good bedrooms so I'm not worried as to which one I take. Have lived here for 2 years; it's a great spot. It's a 4-minute e-bike to the fast ferry. Can travel from the front door to Circular Quay in 28 minutes, and the ferry is an awesome way to start the day.

Hey! I'm one of the housemates. I'm an architect who has lived in Sydney for 20 years and spent a fair bit of timing living overseas. I've lived here for two years already. It's paradise. My current flatmate and good friend now has a long term girlfriend that he's moving in with; it's sad for me that he's moving out but I'm happy for him. All the rooms are good so I don't really mind which one I take. My stuff is currently in the 3rd bedroom. Happy to leave the robe, bed, and credenza in that room if a partly-furnished room is preferable for a bit of extra dosh. There is also a car space in the off-street garage for a bit extra. I work in Surry Hills M-F so I'm rarely home during the week, but the weekends are the best and I love the ferry commute. Ideally all three rooms end up occupied so we can all save a bit of money. Honestly this is the best place I've ever lived; I love it.
