I'm in Bedroom 3, and Nick has the master-bedroom with it's own ensuite. The main bathroom is only shared with one person (myself). It has a few small plants and a window, as well as a full bath and dedicated shower (a normal shower independent of the tub, not just standing in the tub).

Feels like a holiday home. Really lovely to come home to. We have just moved in and are in the process of furnishing it.
Waterfront outlook, immediately fronting Fairy Bower Beach and Cabbage Tree Bay, with the waves of Bower Surf spot visible from the couch. Paddleboarders, snorkelers, scuba divers, dog-walkers, and runners are part of the view. The 300-person "Bold & the Beautiful Swim Squad" makes the Manly-to-Shelly swim in their pink caps 7-days a week. Fairy Bower Cafe is a few doors to the right. The sound of the ocean is calming, and even on Saturday's, the apartment easily becomes quiet and peaceful with the balcony doors closed (good quality glass). Honestly, a wonderful and uplifting place to be.
Home has a garage where Nick keeps his car and I'll keep my e-bike; there's plenty space for 3 e-bikes. It's 3 minutes by e-bike to the fast-ferry, which allows ebikes on board, and then enjoy the top deck ride through the beautiful harbour for 20 minutes, before reaching the Pitt Street bike lane (only 10 minutes by e-bike from CQ to Surry Hills where I work). The fast ferry is now under opal, which means total weekly public transport costs (including ferry & train etc) is capped at $50 per week maximum.
We are going for a beach-side furnishing style; we are aiming to get a really nice day bed for the balcony. We will continue to swap pieces of furniture in and out until we get it just perfect; happy to discuss if you have ideas or pieces of furniture in mind. Apartment is freshly renovated, including a new dishwasher, oven, cooktop, and range hood.

Bills and expenses
The brand new oven & cooktop is 100% electric (which is more sustainable) and works very well. As such, there is no gas bill. Electricity, internet (NBN), and fortnightly cleaner will be shared. Internet is roughly $8 per week per person. We have not chosen a cleaner yet; happy for that to be a group decision.
