- Fall out of bed and try a sunrise ocean dip instead of your morning shower
- Snorkel with turtles/sharks/rays/seals before work (yes, you read that correctly)
- Pick up your surfboard from the garage and be in the surf in under 3min
- Feel yourself become healthier as you join the morning fitness crowd, making new friends surfing, swimming, beach volleyball and exercising
- Snorkelling/freedive one of Australia’s best protected reefs at your doorstep, teaming with marine life

Work
- Take a 5min walk to the ferry and enjoy the harbour views as you pass the Opera House on your regular 20min ferry commute to the CBD (door to dock)
- Turn up to work feeling like you have already won the day

Homelife
- Sleep quietly on one of Manly’s most-wanted and quietest one-way streets
- Dip down to the shops on a 3min walk to the centre of Manly
- Pop a glass of wine or beer as you lay back on your 3rd floor balcony chair/beanbag
