This queen room is for 3-6 month listing while a flatmate is interstate.
We live on the top floor of a great block a stone's throw from the centre of Manly and multiple beaches. Quick walk to the beach, ferry or shops. Being on the Eastern Hill we've got great access North Head and all the great trails, nature and lookouts up there.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen / dining / living area. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern, with quality appliances. The ceilings are super high and there's loads of windows so we get natural light all through the day. There's also a small garden out the front which we share with the other flats, has a great picnic bench for block dinners and gets the sun all day.
The room is furnished with a Queen bed, chest of drawers, and cupboards.
Move in any time from 28 June.
