Description of the home

In total there'll be 5 living in this big, old house on Eastern Hill, but there's so much space so it never feels crowded.
We're a busy, mature crew (aged 35-45) and we're looking for a female in the same age group (or a camp boy).
I'm Jane (F), I work in property and moved to Oz 20 years ago from England and there’s my partner, he's Aussie, a plumber that loves to surf. We also have an American guy who keeps busy sailing his yacht in his free time and a Frenchie, male, that is always cooking amazing food!
We all get along and look out for each other, we sometimes share a meal or a wine, but outside of home we seem to live our own lives.

We're VERY respectful of the shared spaces, clean freaks are welcome to apply ;)
A basic house clean is taken care of each week, which is included in your rent, but we share chores like mowing the lawn and all help out with big jobs.

Ours is a peaceful home- We love to party, but this is not a party house!

We share two bathrooms, a large living room, big kitchen and there's a sunroom and a small garden out the back which receives visits from bandicoots and possums in the evening!

We are 2 minutes from Manly Surf Club, roll out of bed into the waves! And there's storage under the house and board racks for your gear.

Our house isn't glamorous, it's a little run down, so won't suit a princess (or a prince!!) but we all muck in and have made it a beautiful home.

Smoking is permitted outdoors, no pets, no couples.
