🛌 THE ROOM: is available room is located at the back of the apartment, making it very peaceful. The room has a large built-in mirrored wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and can be furnished with a bed if needed.

📍The LOCATION is super convenient — just 500m from Lewisham Train Station, a 5-minute walk to the Lewisham Light Rail, and a 10-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to the Summer Hill IGA. We're right between Old and New Canterbury Roads, making it easy to get around Sydney.

A 🚘 PARKING space is available for an additional $30 per week, or you can apply for a street parking permit.
