Air-conditioned, character home in the heart of Leichhardt. It has a great vibe with high ceilings and very spacious rooms throughout.
Bus stop right outside, and only a minute walk to the local shops and restaurants. There's about two of every kind of restaurant, and it's in the Italian Quarter of Sydney! Coles and Aldi are a 5min bus away or 15min walk. An easy 20-30min commute into the city by bus.
Bedroom is unfurnished, though there is a spare mattress you can use if you like.
Personal AC in each bedroom. The large room may be negotiated.
