The apartment -
It’s bright, clean and in a quiet, green area — perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home. The lounge/ living are spacious with an air conditioning and big floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a private, leafy balcony, ideal for your morning coffee and meeting the local birds who like to visit. Besides the birds, I have a pet snake 🐍 that is contained in a tank and very friendly. There is a shared pool and games-room with a sauna in the complex.

Your room -
The bedroom has a comfy double bed with a green velvet frame. There’s a built-in wardrobe for extra storage, and a huge window that lets in heaps of light and looks out into the trees. There is an also a ceiling fan.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom, which will be kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there’s also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The apartment is in a very quiet street, and there is off street parking available. It is only a 3 minute walk away at Murray St, or a 5-10 minute drive to Chatswood or a 10 - 15 minute drive to Macquarie university.
