The unit is part of a clean, well-maintained complex that’s about 4.5 to 5 years old, with friendly neighbours and a peaceful atmosphere.
You’ll be just 15 minutes on foot from beautiful Botany Bay, with a bus stop right around the corner, and only a 10-minute drive to Carlton and Kogarah train stations. The area is full of great restaurants and cafés in Kogarah, Ramsgate, and Rockdale.
