Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment on the border of Kingsford and Randwick. Cute little balcony with afternoon sunlight and city glimpses. Internal laundry and dryer. Bath and shower with a separate WC. Bedrooms are separate from each other so there is more privacy.
A 5 min walk to the tram and bus stop at Kingsford Juniors; approx 10 minute walk to UNSW and the Prince of Wales hospital. The Spot at Randwick is a 15-20 minute stroll and there are plenty of public transport options around to get to the beaches or the city. If you like to walk you can get to Coogee beach in 30 mins!
There is a covered visitor parking area, and on-street parking is readily available without any time restrictions. I've never had an issue getting a spot :)

I'm Scottish but have been in Sydney nearly 18 years now.
I work full-time (mostly from home), have a casual weekend job, and I’m also doing my Masters part time. Needless to say, I’m very busy! I function like a normal human outside of uni semesters, and like the outdoors, gigs, and catching up with friends. During term time you’re unlikely to see me much as I’ll be in my room studying, so Netflix will be all yours! ☺️
I'm a considerate housemate, and apparently soft footed and softly spoken (whilst still being very bubbly. Dunno how that works but it does! lol). I guess if you like chill then I'm a good person to live with :)
Having said that, I'm also social and up for chats, but tend to do most socialising away from home. I'm not a huge fan of bars and clubs, but instead tend to get a crew together and go to events. I sometimes have friends round for dinner.... but I'm more than likely to offer you a plate too :)
It's important rent is paid on time and that we both clean up after ourselves, and contribute to general cleaning.
Honesty and the ability to talk through things respectfully always helps keep a home a happy place :)
