Semi detached house with separate entry there is one off street car spot available to use, I park on the street as my work van is pretty big, the rest of the house is furnished with the basics, white goods, lounge, kitchen equipment, TV ect
Close to both light rail station and main bus corridor, 10min drive or bus to beach
I like to keep the place clean and clutter free, a calm quiet atmosphere to relax, study or sleep, not opposed to occasional nights with friends or the odd social gathering but I'm past the party days
