One guy's doing his PhD at UNSW, so he's mostly at uni, you’ll only see him when he’s cooking. Another guy is doing his Master’s in IT at UNSW too, works night shifts and sleeps during the day, you'll probably see him like once in two days. And there's a girl doing her bachelor’s, works early mornings and mostly stays in her room.
Everyone’s on their own room lease, so you're not responsible for the whole house. Everyone’s chill, takes cleaning seriously, and replies quickly in the group chat if anything comes up.
Best part, your room’s the only one with a balcony. Perfect for morning coffee, evening sunset vibes, or a chilled beer at night. It’s a great spot.
