Description of the home
It's a 4 bed, 2 bathroom house right next to the Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick! We have a separate kitchen, dining room, living room and utility room. We also have a big garden and garage out the back with space for two cars (we have one!).
We're a 10 minute walk from the light rail / Coles in Randwick and a 30 minute walk to the beach. I'm biased but it's a lovely big bright house with lots of space and we'd really love to fill the empty room!

Bills and expenses
Electricity and Gas works out at about 200 per person for three months in winter, less in summer. Internet is 20 each a month. We also pay a gardener 20 each to cut our grass once a month because we're just girls 😂

We're three girls aged 27 - 30, looking for a new house mate as one of our friends is very sadly moving on!
We're all working professionals - accountant, consultant and a marketing manager - and we work from home about two / three days a week usually but we all have desks in our rooms so the space will still be all yours and no one is very particular about noise or anything during the day.
We're all friends too so it's a nice atmosphere in the house and we're pretty sociable people. Would love for someone to join for evenings on the couch, dinner or some drinks at the weekend but equally we all love our alone time to recharge and respect that other people need this too, especially when in a big house!
