The apartment is located in Kingsford and within walking distance to UNSW, many shops/ restaurants and public transport. Aside from UNSW, other universities are super easy to travel to via light-rail (directly outside of the apartment!) or bus. This cozy apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and a spacious living room with access to a courtyard. The available bedroom is unfurnished, but I have a desk and chair available for your use. The remainder of the apartment is fully furnished, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc.
