**ROOM AVAILABLE with PART-TIME HOUSEMATE**

💰 Price: $425 per week (excluding electricity).

The Master room available in a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Kensington.
You will only be sharing with me a maximum of 3 nights per week (often it's only 2 nights). In other words, you will get to enjoy the apartment mostly to yourself.
The apartment comes fully furnished with everything you need including fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. The bedroom is also furnished and has a near-new and comfortable queen-size mattress. (If you already have your own, I can remove it for you). Large balcony with sitting furniture.
This place is ideal for professionals working in the City CBD, or in the eastern suburbs,, AND if you're not keen on big share houses.
$425 per week, paid fortnightly. There is a 3 weeks' security bond also paid upfront, (refunded at the end pending no damages or arrears).
WiFi is free/included. Only the electricity bill is split.

Bills and expenses

The only bill to be shared (split) is the Electricity (once-a-quarter). It will be worked out pro-rata, you will receive a copy of the official bill for your own record.
