This is a furnished room, (although linens shown belong to current occupant). Electric blanket on the double bed is provided. Huge windows mean the room is bathed in natural light, this is the largest bedroom in the house.

Description of the home

We are a 3 bedroom, lovely federation era, recently renovated home, within walking distance to UNSW, NIDA, AFTRS and Randwick TAFE. We are a quiet, slightly nerdy household who study and work. There's a gym and a medical centre just across the road, and we're directly on the light rail. We're near the 370 bus that takes you to the beach and Randwick, or to Newtown and Glebe.

We have excellent internet and loads of fridge and freezer space. You will get your own fridge! There's one bathroom, a lounge, as well as space in the kitchen for a cuppa and a chat. It's possible to chill in the house by yourself no stress, or hang with folks if you like. The house is sound proof from one end to the other, you can be cooking up a noisy storm in the kitchen, and we won't hear it in our bedrooms.

The house is in walking distance to 5+ gyms and Centennial Park. There's loads of transport (buses and trams) nearby and you'll never wait longer than a few minutes for your Uber.
