The apartment is pretty nice, it a double brick apartments that has been modernised,and its really quiet. The room is really spacious and comes semi furnished. You would also have your own balcony which is pretty rad . The rest of the apartment is decked out. If you have an appreciation for interior design, my apartment is a mix of hollywood regency and french provincial- there is definitely a glam vibe.
I am a tidy person, but am definitely not ocd about it. Just a clean the mess you make, kinda vibe.
The apartment is located 7 min walk to Homebush trains station, and there is heaps of street parking. The apartment is near many restaurants, cafes, IGA, bottleshop, fruit market and the butcher which is about 2-3 min walks away.
It takes about 25min to get into the city by train and probably about 20-25 min to drive to the city. So its a great location

I have a little Jack russell x chihuahua who is uncharacteristic quiet and a potato. She is very sweet and can be affectionate.
I am ideally looking for a housemate that I share some common interests. I do love my alone time at times, but an looking for a friendly housemate that I occasionally can go out with or hang out at home. I don't mind the occasional house party. They obviously must be a dog lover.
