I' m looking for someone that is looking for a room between 1 to 5 months. I have bene living in this apartment for the last two years and it's really pretty place(not new)
You will have your own car spot as well, uncovered behind the building.
-Fully furnished room
- bed, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe
- WIFI unlimited
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Less than 5 minute walk to Bus stop (375 392 392N 392X)
- 5 minute walk to the Southpoint Shopping center and 10 minutes drive to the Eastgardens
-Maroubra Beach is 10 minutes drive and 8 minutes to Little Bay.
The apartment comes all the kitchen amenities(pots, pans cutleries, plates etc...) TV, internet. there is a little balcony with a table and chair, washing machine.
The Apartment is on the middle floor of a 3 levels building, in a quite area in Hillsdale 2036.
Looking for a person that can take care the room while I'm away in Italy for around 5 months. Please no party house.
