About occupants
It is with pleasure and confidence we introduce ourselves as Dan, Mo and Pre. We are professional people looking to find a new addition to our home. As for Dan he is the owner of his own law firm. Dan owns the lease of this salubrious 3 bedroom apartment which is located right in the heart of Haymarket (City) Sydney NSW 2000.

Our other flatmates are (1) Pre who is a 33 year old male from Leamington Spa England who works in tech sales

AND

(2) Mo is a 32 year old woman from Sydney who works as a support worker for persons with disabilities.

As a flatshare we are looking for a cool, easy going, social and also professional working person to move in and to share the apartment. If you enjoy the convenience of city living and moments to everything, this is the one for you. For the successful applicant you will have your own furnished extra large private room. We are all social people but by same token respect the privacy of each other. We all love good music, good conversation, eating out and home cooking. Oftentimes we like going out for a few drinks together whenever we have time or otherwise go to a local cafe or Italian restaurant for a meal. During the evenings you'll find us either down at the gym or the pool or just chilling. If its a good day we like to go out exploring. In terms of me (Dan) I work in Newtown and I am at work every weekday. Regarding the other flatmates one works half time at home and half at his office whereas our other flatmate works out of home at morning and afternoon shifts in and around Sydney. We all function very well together and are looking forward to receiving the person who is ultimately successful as the new addition to our residence.
