The apartment is in a well maintained security block in Gymea and is located on the top floor of a 3 level building.
The building is bright and airy with tree surrounds and a view toward the National Park. Close to shops, cafes, public transport/trains and beaches.
It is fully furnished with modern comfortable inclusions, and kitchen has a gas stove and oven and dishwasher. There is a kitchen full of everything required, and am happy to share all appliances, crockery, pots etc.

You will be sharing with a long term flatmate in the apartment.
She is aged in mid 30's and is quiet, respectful and works full time. She is quite busy during her leisure time socially.
She rarely cooks, and generally spends time in her own space, whilst being up for a chat and a fun loving personality.

I require a non smoker, and am unable to accommodate large social gatherings in the unit.

The room is available for short term stay only, as the owner will be overseas for a period of 3 months.

The only space available for personal belongings will be the built in wardrobe.
Chests of drawers in the room will be unavailable for use, but the built in is perfectly adequate sized for a short term stay.

We are looking for someone who is prepared to do their small share around the house to keep it clean and look after their own needs.
It is important that they are conscious of cleanliness.

The new flatmate will need to provide their own sheets, towels and bedding, as well as their own food and personal requirements.

All kitchen equipment is available for use with cooking etc, but needs to be kept clean and tidy.

There is also a washing machine available.
