Myself James - House proud, recently separated renting large house so bringing someone in to lower the rent. Enjoy live music, movie/tv nerd, can cook. Happy to share meals occasionally and also go our own way. Do get out and about but mostly home body for the next few months to save some coin post separation.

I work from home 3 days a week. I dont have an issue with having people over outside work hours, im more likely to have 3 or 4 mates over for a beer on the weekend and some diner than a massive group.
I vape inside (but won't around you if you have an issue with it) absolutely no smoking cigarettes in the house
I lean toward the middle left on somethings and right on others but respect everybody's right to their own thoughts
I'd prefer someone 25-40s- full time employed but if you really think we will get along i'll happily have a chat
This is a 4 bed house so nice and large - currently using 1 room my bedroom and 1 room as my office. There is a garage that has storage space, your room has built ins and could fit king bed if need be. Has Air con in room, there is also a second bedroom that can be used as a office as well. Nice backyard with patio and a swimming pool (just ours) but currently out of action (will be fixed by summer)
There is a main bathroom that would be shared however there is another shower and toilet so if you wanted your own bathroom you could use that instead but joined onto the laundry.
