We are looking for a female roommate for our house in Granville,
The house is right next to the Granville train station,
There is a Wolworths, any time fitness, all kinds of grocers, pharmacies etc. under the house. The person renting the room will share the bathroom with the main tenant of the house for about 2 months, after 2 months they will be able to use it as a private bathroom.
We are currently living with 2 women, after 2 months they will share the house only with me.
