I am looking for a housemate to join me at this great place near the water in Glebe.

Located a few streets behind Glebe Point Road, a large office building and other homes, makes this unit somewhere you can relax at the end of a working day. The interior has modern furnishings and the bathroom was recently renovated. There is plenty of light in the place and on the top floor of the building. The building is located right near Black Wattle Bay and has a view of the water.

We are located very close to buses into the city or towards Newtown and the Inner West. There is also the ferry which is direct to Barangaroo. We are walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, shops, drs, hairdresses, bars and pubs. Broadway Shopping Centre is not far away either making it a great location.

Bills and expenses

The bills are electricity and gas which will be split evenly when they arrive. Internet is separate and payed monthly and is currently $40 each per month. Food purchase and preparation is individual to keep things easy. I buy all of the household cleaning items.
