Description of the home
Our place has been beautifully renovated, fully furnished, and everything’s included—just move in and enjoy. We’re right at the end of Glebe Point Road on a quiet, tree-lined street near the water. There are some great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, and it’s an easy walk to all the major universities.
You will live with 7 other people. We have a beautiful brand new kitchen with plenty of space and cute TV/Living area.
You will have your own renovated private room which is lockable and includes:
- Desk and Chair
- Single Bed
- Wardrobe and Cabinet
- Air conditioning
The bathrooms are brand new as per the pictures and are located external to each of the rooms.
Total Bathrooms = 5. Two of these bathrooms are shared between 4 people (2 people per bathroom) and 3 are private.
We don't currently have a washer/dryer as there is a laundromat across the road which has coin operated machines. We are happy to consider installing a washer and dryer.
All bills and Wifi are included!
We also have a cleaner that attends to common areas twice per week.
