Studio located at the rear (backyard) of a family home in Five Dock (20 minutes to Sydney CBD).

🚿 ❗️Shower not available at all in the studio, nor on the property to access. So best suits someone who can shower at their gym/ work or place of study.
OR There is a gym (anytime fitness) located 5 minutes walk away that have showers available 24 hours a day 7 days a week with gym membership

🚽 Toilet external (outside of the studio) but for the exclusive use of the person in the studio

🚌 📌Great location. 2 minute walk to direct bus to USYD (University of Sydney, UTS (University of Technology Sydney, Notre Dame University, Último TAFE or direct buses to Burwood or Strathfield train station. Or Ferry to city from Abbotsford Ferry Whatf to Circular Quay or Barangaroo⛴️

🛒 2 minute walk to large supermarket, cafes, shops, gym and shops and local parks.

🌳 Large backyard to share.
🍳 a basic kitchenette with a sink is available in the studio
💴 The price is $250 per week for one person excluding bills.
🚭 Non smokers only please

📍 Studio is 5 minutes walk from Coles supermarket at Five Dock (Great North Road Five Dock) so you can use that to look up location of the property.

I’m Jen and live in the home with my young primary school aged child.

I prefer a long term tenant (e,g, 6 months or more) I definitely want the person for the studio to be aware that the property is a family home.
